We have had some customers having issues booking at cabins at inntopia.com, our booking engine. What happens is when you tap “Book Now!” you may get a “processing…” message that does not go anywhere, leaving you unable to check out. If you run into this issue, you can either call us at: 802-244-8533, or if you would like book online, the quick fix at this time is to clear some browsing data. Here is how to do that on most common mobile web browsers.

Chrome

Chrome is easy,  scroll the page a bit if you don’t see the black bar on the bottom of the screen. When you see that, click on the three dots on the bottom right side of the screen. A menu will pop up. Around the seventh item down will be “Clear Browsing Data” with a trash can icon. It will bring up options of how much data do delete in time periods. You can try “Last 24 hours” and if that does not work, Last 7 days is a safe bet, but you can try 4 weeks or all time if you wish. 7 days and 4 weeks have been tried successfully for me when recreating the issue.

Safari

Safari is a little more complex. You need to find the Settings app on your iPhone. Once in the Settings app, scroll all the way down to “Apps”. Now go to “S” and tap Safari. Now keep scrolling until you find: HISTORY AND BROWSING DATA and under that you’ll see: “Clear History and Website Data”. The time frame are a bit different, but try Today and yesterday or All history, at your discretion.

Firefox

Firefox is also easy, and very similar to Chrome. Scroll down on any page until the black bar on the bottom pops up. Tap the the three stacked lines on the bottom right of the screen. Find “History”. You’ll see list of recently visited links. On the bottom right of the bottom bar of the screen, tap the trash can icon. You’ll get a choice of time periods to clear. try from “Last 24 Hours” to “Last 4 Weeks” it’s your choice, but 7 Days and 4 Weeks definitely works.
